On April 15, the sixth seminar of the Department of Law was held at the FDET by Dr. Pablo Latorre Rodríguez, professor and researcher at the Autonomous University of Baja California. The area of Ecclesiastical Law was in charge of organizing the successful session. The presentation focused on the migratory situation in Mexico, in particular, the transformation of the country into a transit and receiving state was discussed.
