Dr. Josep Moreno Gené has been awarded with the Manuel Ramón Alarcón Prize for the communication entitled "The qualification by the labor courts of the dismissal of the employee in a situation of temporary disability", presented at the XXXIII Catalan Conference on Social Law, organized by the Catalan Association of Legal Workers and the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and which have dealt with the subject of "(Protection of) Equality and non-discrimination in employment relations" (Barcelona, 28 and 29 September 2023).
