The second edition of the Law Department's seminars was inaugurated on October 7 by Joan Busqueta Riu, doctor in geography and history and vice-rector of culture and university extension at the UdL. The speaker emphasized the importance of law in the general study, highlighting the economic and intellectual growth of the city around the first university in the Kingdom of Aragon.
