This monograph contributes to the rich discussion that already exists on the impact that new technologies are having in the field of labor relations, through the identification and quantification of this phenomenon and the identification of the main economic, legal and psychosocial controversies that it cause to. This original multidisciplinary approach has been possible in some way because the work that is now presented constitutes a part of the results obtained from the research carried out within the framework of the R&D project entitled "New Technologies, Organizational Changes and Work: A Multidisciplinary Vision" supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation (RTI2018-097947-B-I00), of which Ana María Romero Burillo and Josep Moreno Gené are the main researchers.
