On November 8, 2024, within the framework of the I International Congress of Administrative Sanction Law held at the University of Córdoba, the professor of the Department of Law, Eduard-Valentin Pavel, received the award for the best communication presented from the President of Emacsa (Empresa Municipal de Aguas de Córdoba S.A.)

The communication was titled "The divergences on the legal nature of the fine for the abuse of space resources in public procurement."
