The research "Food donation and redistribution as a key instrument for the prevention and reduction of food losses and waste (FLW)" by the University of Santiago de Cali (Colombia), Agro Paris (France) and the University of Lleida, has been one of the sixteen research projects selected from the XII Call for Research on the Right to Food in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Observatory on the Right to Food in Latin America and the Caribbean is an institution that supports work that contributes to raising awareness and better decision-making on the right to food in the Ibero-American sphere, always considering a cross-cutting gender and human rights approach.
